I think it's fair to say that Fisher did not drive the culture of discipline on the fundamentals on the offensive side of the ball. He was a defensive coach.....who just figured he can get some of his former good players (Britt, Cook), and combine them with some fast gimmicky players (Tavon).....roll the dice on a super-athletic RB (Gurley) and that would give the building block toward a successful offense. He didn't put the time in to demand that discipline.
Something tells me McVay will be different.
