I would sign the kid. He's more of a press man CB. As others posted he was never going to crack the starting lineup with Talib and Harris there. He's a special teams demon that Denver fans don't seem to want to lose. To me the only question is why he couldn't surpass Roby, their nickel CB. PFF had Roby as the 25th best CB in the league in 2015, so Webster being their #4 then makes sense. But Roby dropped to 92nd in 2016.
The 4th best CB in Denver is probably the 2nd or at worst 3rd best CB in LA. Plus let's not forget Joyner (their only other press man CB ) is an UFA next year so adding Webster for 3-4 years makes sense.
