McVay's WR and TE demands are nuanced. He will require certain types of players at both positions to excel.
Britt, Quick (I know), Thomas, and Kendricks didn't fit the bill for him. He didn't even want to try with any of them.
Night and day difference between McVay and the clueless Fisher on O, tbh.
