Not sure I know what you're trying to say. But I'll try to be more clear with my thoughts:
QB's who are most successful running with the football or noted for being 'athletic' with the ball do not last in the NFL. RGIII won the Heisman based on his highlight reels of athletic runs, etc. A QB cannot do that in the NFL and be successful for long. Never have been, likely never will be. Their smaller frames are exposed to WAY too many hits and violence. They don't last. Don't see a time when they will.....I said it with RGIII, Kaepernick, etc. Pro football isn't made for that type of QB.
The QB doesn't have to be the best athlete on your team. He has to be the best QB. Field general. Leader. Dart thrower. Do you consider Tom Brady the best athlete on the Patriots? Not likely.
