First, he is far more than a scrub player. He is a good player.
Second, being accused of something is not the same thing as being proved guilty.
Third, a goodly percentage of the time, a female will drop charges in matters like this (for all sorts of reasons that make the cops nuts) after the tumult has died down.

So this thing could go most any direction. And there is no point jettisoning a good young inexpensive rotation player unless it proves to be necessary.
