IMHO, that is being overstated. Everyone including McVay has stated or written "Goff can take a hit." Well, I need to see more. Yes the kid stood in the pocket and got crunched and did not blame anyone, however, he only showed some promise against the Saints and every other game was a disaster quite frankly. It was not his fault and Fisher did not have a coach on offense that had any history of success especially a play caller, however, Goff needs to showcase more in his 2nd year and his record currently stands at
