1st, next years #1 is going to be a high first round pick. Those are far to valuable to be trading for a 2nd round pick.
2nd, future 1sts don't value like a current 1st. So once again, you are not getting anywhere close to equal value.
3rd and last, the talent in next years draft is good. Remember McGlinchey went back to ND, so there is going to be a good LT at the top of the draft, at least 2 to 3 QBs that are actually worth drafting, a few WRs, a monster Edge from LSU, and a bunch of DEs and at least 1 or 2 S.
