Snead should have been fired with Fisher, for sure. But if they were to take a QB like Watson in this draft, it very well could be an indication that McVay won't allow sunk cost fallacy to dictate his future. It might actually signal the end to the dysfunction, not the continuation of it. The hope is that McVay makes Snead better. McVay would not be unwise to have a contingency plan for the QB position.
