Even with the benefit of hindsight, I don't think we know anything really at all. How would Dak have looked in the Rams offense last year? Almost certainly a hell of a lot worse than he looked in Dallas.

How would Goff have looked in Dallas? Almost certainly a hell of a lot better than he looked in LA.

I think we need a couple of years before doing an accurate "hindsight" draft when it comes to the QBs.
