I would not franchise Tru. Transition is a good idea.

I'd look at the following players:

Riley Reiff, OT
Ryan Clady, OT
Kelvin Beachum, OT
Joe Hawley, C
Larry Warford, G
T.J. Lang, G

I'd look to sign at least one of them.
