that's the sign of a good coach, one that gets player(s) to play above their talent level.

I've only seen that from a couple of Rams coaches over the last 10 years.

But at 260 I dunno where he fits.

Might be an example of a player that never gets to blossom with one organization.

I thought he's shown some promise.
