I'm betting that their defense is going to very very strong next year to go with an offense that could take a few steps back but certainly won't be anywhere close to average

The Falcons have some young talent - the thing about the Cowboys is can Prescott and Elliott shine enough to cover warts on defense and receiving group that includes an injury prone Bryant and aging Whitten. They need to develop some other outside weapons if Presccott is going to go to the next level and of course there is always the sophomore slump thingy majiggy
