Seems to me that the entire staff has a common attitude that this team has players and is ready to win.

I am excited because I feel the same way. This is not a complete overhaul. We need a few tweeks and some missing pieces, but all in all this team does have talent.

IMHO.........I think the enthusiasm and excitement will take over and get this team winning a lot faster than some think.
