Forrest might be ok at one inside spot but I think we may see the end of Barron as a full time linebacker.
Honestly I think the D would be better moving him to SS And playing No Alexander at one spot outside .

New FS of course then and Barron can't be any worse than TJ in coverage right.
Alexander moves much better going forward, ,I could see him with 7-8 sacks, a ton of pressures and TFL over a season.
Brockers is going to need a good amount of relief at NT ,Way too injury prone.

I am not saying what will happen, just looking at the logic of what's plausible. In another post (same thread) I listed some of these guys as OLB prospects but actually most of them would be ILB prospects. So I had 2nd thoughts on that.

The inside LBs in Denver for Phillips

2015
Trevathan: 6.0, 237
Marshall: 6.1, 247

2016
Davis: 6.1, 230
Ray: 6.1, 242
Nelson, 6.1, 231

Current (could change any day) Rams (probable) prospects for ILB:
Ogletree: 6.3, 242
Barron: 6.1, 215
Littleton: 6.3, 227
Forrest: 6.1, 245
Grigsby: 6.1, 220
Hager: 6.1, 230
Northrup: 6.1, 237
McKinzy: 6.3, 253
