I disagree. I think he does. But that aside...your claim here would be more convincing if you were predicting the Cousins of 2016 before the 2013 season.
Or for that matter before the 2014 season.
That is, you would be saying at that point "see these are Cousins's special qualities and the reason he will make it to be a very good continuing starter in the NFL."
Cause if you can claim to know the answer to that NOW about Goff, then, you should also have made a similar claim back then about Cousins.
Either that or, like the rest of us, you really don't know yet.
