Can't thank you enough for posting these, Shaky.

Two of the better transcripts that I've read in years.

Loved the part where McVay was described as taking charge of the meetings. Tells a lot about who's respected and in charge in that building.

Another pleasing theme that ran throughout those interviews was talk from coach after coach about communication, teaching, and mastering techniques. Things that seemed lacking under the previous regime.
