Snead regrets not getting Zach Martin on the Rams

I have never read all threads regarding the goff selection, but what little skinny I had pre-draft was that Les wasn't spending huge amounts of time at Rams facilities. Jeff wasn't altogether happy with that. my drift is that they had made the trade on paper, and Les didn't have any tokens to work with in the draft, and knew it. not much to come to work for when you've sliced away the meat right to the bone.
with the Martin admission and continuing issues with offensive line needs, and the number of OL guys already interviewed at the all star games?
have to know that something gives on the ride to free agency, and 90 days or so to the draft.
Snead has little room for error. and honestly, demoff has to be pretty nimble this year in free agency to acquire a couple offensive pieces.
