I wasn't crazy about the Joe Barry hire (I would've preferred Kevin Greene) and I know nothing about the WR coach, but I like the rest of this staff.

McVay, Olson, LaFleur all have experience developing QB's. I think this is great news for Goff.

Phillips and Fassel were excellent hires.

The roster still needs a lot of help but I like the direction they are heading.
