Kurt was not a game manager and he was money in playoff games. Yes, he needed help; if he'd received that help he easily could have 3 Super Bowl wins. Its unfortunate that he doesn't. I don't hold that against him. The fact that he played backup with the NYG is a major deal in my opinion to qualify for the HOF. Kurt gave it all, had his noggin beat in, and consequently needed a couple of years on the sidelines to get his noodle right. His story is ready-made for Hollywood.

Martz transformed the game.

NE's playoff and Super Bowl run began once they started to run the Ram's offense that Martz implemented.

Martz while he didn't last long as an NFL coach really left an indelible mark on the game that is still present in the game today.
