W/ the Rams that will always be a problem for the foreseeable future. Even if a player agrees to come here that doesn't mean he will play as good as he would on a team with a better reputation for winning. (i.e. Jared Cook, etc) It's human nature and so much of this game is just attitude since they all are truly gifted athletes. The Rams are going to have to improve and develope a winning reputation through expert player acquisition via the draft and then expert coaching. That is going to take a little while but hopefully we are on the right track. Bottom line is that free agency isn't the answer-at least not at this point.
