This team was in a rut. Even now, with all the top picks they have had, not much has changed record wise. Did Snead draft some solid players? Yes without a doubt. But picks like Quick, Pead, Robinson and Austin really stick out and that's the real reason they continue to lose. U can't waste premium picks like the Rams recently have. Snead doesn't have the first clue how to be a GM IMO.
