I had a chance to see Cooper play live a couple times since our local team, Cal Poly SLO, are in the same conference. This kid has a lot of talent, he's very sneaky fast, runs great routes, tall and lean and the most important, he rarely drops the ball. Also, you could tell this year that he became one of the team leaders. This last Nov. they just kept throwing it to him and he killed us ... he ended up with over 150 yards on 11 catches and he also threw 2 others for TD's. Kid has all the tools, Jordy Nelson like, the only thing is being FCS competition. Would have to check his stats vs FBS schools, I believe EW played and beat Washington State a couple times.
I think our 2nd pick wouldn't be too high for him, if he keeps tearing up the Senior Bowl, he could sneak in to the bottom of the 1st round.
