....Shanahan has been an offensive guru wherever he has gone (even CLE), and McVay cannot touch his track record.

Ram fans have to pin their hopes on Shanahan not being as good a leader and McVay's leadership and vision being the difference.

It is a TALL task for a 31 year old, though we are all rooting for him and will of course see how it plays out...
