I think he has totally underachieved with arguably the most talented qb in football history.
He has stuck with Dom Capers way too long, and failed to build a defense that could consistently compliment the offense.
One SB in 9 years that Rodgers has been the starter is inexcusable IMO!
Every, single year they have multiple db's injured it's just crazy...and Matthews misses his share of games too.
If Rodgers and Bortles changed teams the packers would be a 3-4 win team and the Jags would rule the AFC South!
I'm with you on McCarthy too....but it won't happen.
