How much fault can be attributed to Skip Peete for anything wrong with Todd Gurley or any of the Rams RB's is up for debate.

How important is the RB coach to a players development outside of natural God given talent?

To what degree is the RB coach held accountable for teaching concepts in the offense, improving technique and fundamentals as well as breaking down game film?

(one would assume this position coach is more than just a teacher of fundamentals and a cheerleader/counselor)

What I do know is that I expected not 1 single coach from any level of the Offense to be retained.

Oh well, us fans can't have everything we hoped for and now we have to support that it was in the best interest for Gurley and the other RB's by bringing Skip back.
