You had better consider scheme fit and organizational structure that McVay will implement. There will be some collaboration I am sure but more than likely looking at OL/RB/TE coach WC discipline. They will organize and McVay will call plays during the games. May even have 2 in the booth which seems to be a new thing.
Just my thoughts. If Olson is going QB coach you got to figure the OC will not be an established or former OC unless they have held a similar role working under a HC that calls the plays.
