Sure, it's not good that Kroenke and by extension Demoff don't have winning SBs as top priority, but that isn't the killer.
The killer is that they have Demoff leading the football operations.
Why wouldn't Demoff tell Kroenke that we need a real GM to run this team instead of putting together some puppet committee?
From where I sit it looks really bad for Demoff. I think the guy actually believes he's qualified to do what he's been doing for the past few months.
