Quinn, IMO, cannot drop, cover, do those things. QUinn would be more like DMarcus Ware was in Denver and Dallas..a DE that stands up, and IMO, if this all happens, Quinn can play that open side from a 3-point stance if he wanted to. There is no reason he has to stand up. I think Ware just preferred it. Yes, there are times the open end has to drop, but it's limited to maybe covering the flat...
It would be a waste of his talents. I could end up being wrong, but he's not Miller, or Mack. He's Ware or Bruce Irvin (Oakland plays similar hybrid 3-4 as Denver)
