Ryan does it again next year and maybe I move him up in tier #2. He does it 3 times and maybe tier #1. I think Matt Ryan is overrated. Yes, you can't argue with the tremendous results this year though.
But we have been there done that before with Ryan and he has folded every time he loses his weapons or has to deal with Adversity. I think he has played poorly in most playoff games and when he has lost his players around him, he has failed.
This year has been different so far so maybe this has changed.
I personally believe he has been a product of very favorable circumstances (surrounded by great offensive players) because in the past when those favorable circumstances are taken away from him, he has not done near as well.
He has some of the most explosive players in the NFL at his disposable and has always been surrounded by pro bowl skilled position players.
