Allbright said Jon Gruden was heavily involved in Rams HC process.
Rams initially had Shanny at top of their list.
Gruden pushed hard for McVay over Shanny.
Rams eventually switched to McVay over Shanny.
Also said expect Rams to pick up some defenders from Denver that Philips had.
Also said Mannion doesn't fit McVays system.
