The Rams and McVay have no choice but to develop Goff. And the only way to do that is to play. Watching Romo will be no help.
And I don't think Goff is going to disappoint.
Just go back and watch him in college, especially in his junior year.
The guy has excellent arm talent.
I'm not predicting the next Tom Brady. But the guy has talent, and he is super young.
I'm hoping that McVay is indeed the QB developer he appears to be, and has a very strong idea of how to build an effective offense that utilizes the advantage of the NFL passing game.
No Rams QB under Fisher has fared well. No Rams offense under Fisher has fared well. That's why he was fired and that's why he won't be an HC again.
