As long as they have Russell Wilson, Seattle has a chance to go a long way. That kid is special.
Don't forget they played without Earl Thomas. And 2 CBs were injured. And that Atlanta offense is something to behold. So you can't judge based on one playoff game against a hot team that I think is going to the Superbowl.
As jealous as I am of Seattle, they have a very good FO and coaching staff. They will reload and remain a force.
As for Arizona the keys are that Palmer is on his last legs and Fitzgerald's age is catching up to him. There is simply no conquering aging. Those two are going to be very hard to replace.
And BTW: Arizona's D pretty much goes as Arizona's O. If the O is cookin', so is the D. That is something that was pointed out in the game last night about O's and D's in general. If the Rams could ever even score the league average in points, that would "improve" the D and lead to a bunch more wins.
