Garcon is okay but I'd like to see tall/big receivers like Terrelle and Alshon on the outside and then Tavon/Pharoe/Nelson in the slot.
Either way it's good logic to pursue WRs in free agency because rookie receivers seldom do anything as rookies.
That logic also applies to OL. It often takes OL longer than other positions including WR before they become good.
