McVay should be our best OC in years. Love Phillips as our DC, and glad we are retained Bones as our ST Coach.

My main concern now is who is calling the shots on the O side of the draft and FA. We need some talent on the O line and probably a WR. I've been somewhat frustrated with the lack of FA involvement once the initial frenzy dies down. Hope we pick up at least one Oline starter (Center?) In FA. Not sure what do to about our WR's.

The more I see, hear and read about McVay the more I like...the Wade Phillips hire was a HUGE get and retaining Bones was the cherry on top.... We've just upgraded big time on offense and defense and kept the best ST coach in the league. What's not to like??? The other coaches will be just fine IMO behind theses three very strong leaders.

Hoping that Boras was as bad as most of us suspect and some of these guys left for dead by the fans can come alive under these much better coaches and scheme.

We have $48M to spend on FA and no first round selection....they better hit a home run or two in FA.

Center, WR and CB would be my priorities.

Very excited about this new coach and the energy he brings that this team is going to be infused by.
