But when the Rams turned it around, it involved a ton of offensive players improving their game by a significant margin. Martz was excellent at the QB and WR positions which is what the Rams lack.

Martz was so good at player development, getting players to be prepared for anything that could come up in a game, and getting players playing with confidence and an excitement for game day, and lastly putting players in position to make plays with excellent space management.

Washington had similar things last year. Lots of overachieving players, playing with confidence.
