Sjust said that McVay is embracing longtime Rams like Dean Jones and Eric Dickerson. Also said that Sean spoke with Marshall Faulk before accepting the job and got his input as to what it means to be a Ram.
These are little things that have nothing to do with the X's and O's but they mean everything to how our new HC prepares for this new job. I think the Rams took a chance at greatness with their young padawan, and I really look forward to seeing this play out. My only concern is how long will it take to win games? But this is the most excited I have been in a long long time.
