No they won't

They won't be better than Seattle or Arizona....yet. The coaching staff may be better but the talent is not there yet. And expecting a 30 year old head coach to turn this mismatched cobbled mess of a roster around into a division champion immediately is completely misguided.

It's going to require a lot of roster reconstruction and they're going to have to get it right with Snead and the youngest head coach in NFL history. Better give it a little time.
