In your glee over the Rams stellar process, you seemed to ignore the past shortcoming of Demoff and company. Perhaps you should have considered that you can have the most wonderful process in the world but people still have to execute the process. Some do it better than others, or in this case a lot worse.
An interview room with Demoff, Snead, and Pastoors is not what I would call a savvy football expert evaluation group.
I have no idea if McVay works out, the term crap shoot is overused, but I'd say the odds are against any 30 year old kid being immersed in a 13 year losing culture. Maybe that's what Shanny was worried about and one of the main reasons why he wanted nothing to do with the Rams.
