Shanahan has a lot more experience. That matters. May not over time, but it's an important factor to consider here. I think it makes Shanahan a safer choice. They both obviously have big upside. Rams would be smart to talk to Shanahan before committing to anybody else.
Phillips feels good as long as he can adapt his scheme, because at first glance he doesn't fit. Turner I'm not keen on. Both these guys I'd LOVE as Asst head coach
