McVay - Wade Phillips connection

Was on the Redskins website. The Tight Ends coach for the Redskins is Wes Phillips. He is the son of Wade Phillips. Don't know if that's the connection, but if McVay gets the job and Phillips is his DC, I bet you Wes is named the Tight Ends coach. Also, as others have stated, Bill Callahan would probably be in the running for OC. Should be interesting. This could mean nothing if Shanahan has a good interview.
