Yes, the offense is abysmal.

However, the club has to ensure that their pro bowl defensive tackle has superior colleagues along the defensive line to make a complete defense.

I still see the trade for QB as a crippling event going into the next season.

That all aside, the need to replace Robert is upon us. Paid the man for what was a projected future, and the injuries got to him. Yes, of course, he's still a young guy; headed for what may be a resurgence, or unfortunately, another year of mixed results, and nagging accidents.

As of now, it sure makes sense to weight WRs against DEs with the first pick.
To me, it's WR. sadly, it feels like a rebuild year, and if so, I'd lean toward WR. We have Quinn and the need at WR is greater. Quinn has real stats to admire. None of the WRs, minus Britt have that.

Blathering on about it, but free agency a larger topic coming up than the draft. the suggestion to get Robert Woods is smart. Get a guy like Larry Warford, and I can see a brighter start to the season.

Gambling on Quinn remains the play.
