NFL Insiders just reported that McVay is in for a 2nd interview today. When asked about his youth & lack of HC experience, Mike Silva said that he's heard that McVay & Wade Phillips are a package deal and that an older OC "like Norv Turner" could also be part of the deal to allay fears that Sean is just too young & inexperienced for the job.
I hope they are right and they might just be. You don't just bring a guy back in for an interview. They already did that.
