McVay and Shanahan have been my 2 for a while, and McVay sounds like he's putting together a very good staff.
Also, Shanny has it going on in Atlanta so he may not want to leave right now. He's married, kids are in school, likes living in Atlanta area, likes his lifestyle out there......Why leave a good thing ? Afterall, you worked hard to get it to this level, why not enjoy it for a while?
One thing is for sure, I will absolutely love either one of these guys being the HC of our RAMS!!!!!
Don't think he'd be doing interviews if he planned on staying an OC.... you gotta strike while the iron is hot as they say.
