McVay is getting a ton of buzz and normally I would say it's just hype cause no team in good conscience would hire a 30 year old kid to turn around a losing culture for the past 13 years.

Picture this meeting. Demoff, Snead, Pastoors, and McVay.
Snead wants to keep his job and McVay would be a godsend to him.
Pastoors is a year younger than McVay. So he's gonna love hanging out with McVay.
And Demoff hasn't made a good football decision in his life.
If McVay gets a meeting with Kroenke then we're officially the dumbest team in the NFL.
The word out of Denver is they want Vance Joseph and they have not let go of any of their Kubiak coaches. Do you really think Shanny wants
somebody else's coaching staff?
