Sorry but if he knows more about leadership than say a 42 year old McDaniels, A 40 something Lynn, or 40 something Patricia,
why not hire him? My problem is are the Rams brain trust asking the right questions to determine which of these guys can be
a HC, a leader of men. Age is just a number , look at the military, you have guys in their 20's leading men into combat and
doing outstanding jobs under trying circumstances day after day.
