I would like to see the Rams hire Matt Patricia as HC and Mike Vrabel as DC. That would seem to be a good mix, with two up and coming names. The biggest remaining question would be who to hire as the OC. Nothing personal against the man, I'm just done with the defensive minded coaches for awhile....the last two didn't quite work out so well for us (spags and Fish)

Tells me all I need to know....don't care what it tell anyone else. It's MY opinion.
I personally am over the defensive minded coach for awhile...sorry but Spags and Fisher left a bad taste in my mouth.
I want an offensive minded HC.
I won't throw a fit if they go with Patricia, but I'd be much happier with Shanny.
