yes he does .... and I'd say that ALL good WRs are always working on their pass routes and catching. Just like professional baseball players always work on their hitting and fielding.
but from my view .... more importantly, the Rams WRs need to work on getting past press coverage.
If the Rams WRs can get past press coverage, then
opposing teams will have do drop another defender back into coverage ... which leads to one less man or two in the box.
