IMO we are in a hard place...we need real leadership from the next HC but at the same time what type of leadership do we have from above the HC? How can you be able to choose a HC from a group who seems to totally off of what is needed to win games.
Someone or some people are going to make this choice, but if the people we have are doing it why would you think they would make a WISE football move?
We have already got the lucky draw...albeit close to 18 years ago....things come around but you can't just assume that it will come around again..... Winning by just a lucky fall of the cards....man we don't need that again.....we need a real strong FO who goes forward with football knowledge to keep us ahead of the rest of the league.
This group IMO has no sign of that ability.....We need to stop this never ending reach for greatness....we need our owner to really see the light....I hope he can...Our owner is the person who needs to step up.......Snead, Demoff and his pal ........not so sure that they can get it done.......
