The end of this season wasn't the worst disappointment I've had as a Raider fan .... but it is close.

#4:2002 Season ... Barret Robbins goes AWOL on the night before the Super Bowl and team loses to Gruden

#3: 2016 Playing without Carr and Penn because of injuries
