The Chargers will eventually come to realize moving to LA is suicide and will work out a deal to stay in San Diego... They are currently being offered a $1 per year lease for 99 years lease deal to stay in Mission Valley while they figure out a way to finance a new stadium to replace Qualcomm.
Raiders either go to Vegas or Oakland comes through and figures out how to keep them.....I'm leaning towards them being in Vegas.
Rams will have LA to themselves while the NFL uses that 2nd locker room as leverage for the next few decades.
